Commercial organisations, e.g. manufacturers, commercial Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), peripheral equipment suppliers, dealers, systems integrators, application providers, etc. that have only recently begun trading and hence have little or no trading history. Note that start-up status will be maintained for a maximum of no more than 3 years after which the member must move to a higher category of commercial membership.
