New CEO, Michel Guay, to lead Radio IP Software into Next Growth Phase

Montreal, QC, Monday, May 19, 2008 – Radio IP Software Inc., a leading developer and supplier of Wireless Network Software solutions announced today the appointment of Michel Guay as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Guay brings over 25 years of international business experience, including an impressive Wireless Telecom background.

He joins Radio IP Software from Galaxia Telecom International, a WiMAX service provider based in Montreal with operations in Algeria and Tunisia, where he was President and COO. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Wavesat, a provider of WiMAX semiconductor for 6 years and led the company to significant International growth during his tenure. Before joining Wavesat, Mr. Guay was at Harris in Paris, France as General Manager and in Montreal in various other strategic positions all involving large International Wireless Telecom programs.
