David Taylor Joins Samdale Ltd as Non-Executive Director

David Taylor has accepted a role of non-executive director at Samdale, which follows his retirement from Sepura Plc. With over 45 years experience in a wide variety of management roles within the radio communications industry, he will bring to Samdale this expertise and business guidance.

Commenting on his new role, David said, “I have known Andy Fleet, Samdale’s CEO, since he founded the business more than 10 years ago. He is well known for his technical knowledge of TETRA and championing the user community in the UK with the migration to the Airwave Service. It will be a pleasure to help him with the commercial aspects of growing this already successful company.”

David was part of the management buy in team of Simoco who acquired the PMR radio business from Philips in 1996, and more recently was part of the senior management team who successfully floated Sepura plc in 2006.
