Broadband solutions take center stage: Hytera Mobilfunk at the Hamburger Kommunikationstag event
Bad Münder, February 28 2018
For Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH, it is a fixed date in the annual calendar: Tomorrow, the experts in professional mobile radio from Bad Münder will take part in the 24th Hamburger Kommunikationstag (Hamburg Communication Day) at the Holiday Inn where they are looking forward to being able to present Hytera’s innovative broadband solutions to the visitors.
This Hamburg-based trade fair for professional users of professional mobile radio (PMR) and digital trunked radio is hosted by the Hamburg-based system vendor BESCom Elektronik, a long-standing partner of Hytera Mobilfunk. “We are looking forward to interesting encounters and great discussions, along with exciting technical presentations. Thanks to the great organizational work of BESCom, the Hamburger Kommunikationstag is an outstanding platform for the intensive exchange of information on the topic of PMR,” says Michael Fertig, Head of Sales Central Europe at Hytera Mobilfunk, who will be on-site along with Sales Manager Frank Naseband. The event takes place at the Holiday Inn hotel in Hamburg, Billwerder Neuer Deich 14.
Presentation of Hytera’s LTE multi-mode handsets
The Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH stand focuses on innovative broadband solutions. Visitors can, for example, find out about the new PTC760/PDC760 LTE multi-mode handsets.
As the first PMR/LTE radios of their kind, they bring together narrowband and broadband functionality in one device, and therefore combine secure mission-critical voice communication with fast and versatile data applications.
Talk on IT security in digital radio systems
Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH is also participating in the accompanying program of the Hamburger Kommunikationstag. From 11.25 a.m., Michael Fertig is holding a talk on the topic of “IT security in digital radio systems”. “These days, digital radio systems are IP-based systems that are embedded into a company’s networks. IT security therefore plays a major role,” says Michael Fertig. In his talk, he therefore explains which measures should be taken in the company, but also for products, when integrating digital radio systems and when operating the system.
